WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES LISTED IN?

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Do your prices include Goods & Services Tax (GST)?

All prices shown on our website are including GST of 10%. A summary of the GST component is provided on the Shopping Cart page after adding items to your cart, and also in the Checkout process in the final Order Review step.

Are your prices subject to change?

We endeavour to ensure that our listed prices are current, but we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. This price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart doesn’t reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item’s price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

Do you supply to overseas customers?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa & Paypal). And direct debit

Is your site secure to accept credit card payments?

Yes it is. You can order from Ventilation Supplies with the confidence of knowing
that your details are protected.When you place an order, your credit card details are only used for the processing of payment and will be deleted once payment is processed. Ventilation Supplies does not store your credit card information on our servers, which provides further protection of your details.

When is payment by credit card processed?

Payment via your credit card is processed after you click the “Place Order” button on the final Order Review page during Checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated on a per order basis and vary based on the postage destination.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. When placing your order, select “Pickup From Warehouse” as the shipping method at the Checkout page, you can only pick up from Sydney

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to most areas within Australia. Our carrier delivers shipments during regular business hours, and requires someone to be present at the delivery address to sign for and accept delivery of goods.

Do you deliver to Post Office (PO) Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Will I need any special materials handling equipment to accept delivery?

All shipments over 16 kilograms must be offloaded at the nominated delivery address using the appropriate materials handling equipment, and accepted by yourself or your appointed representative.

How long will it take to despatch my order?

We offer fast same day despatch on ex stock items for orders placed by 11:00AM Australian Eastern Standard Time.

When will I receive my order?

A. Depending on the destination, your freight can be delivered as quickly as 5pm the next day.

Can I specify a time for delivery?

Unfortunately, due to the majority of our deliveries being delivered on a set run, we are unable to deliver at requested times unless delivery is in Sydney, then you may request.

Do you collect personal information?

A. Personal information about visitors to our site is collected only when knowingly and voluntarily submitted. For example, we may need to collect such information to provide you with further services or to answer or forward any requests or enquiries. It is our intention that this policy will protect your personal information from being dealt with in any way that is inconsistent with applicable privacy laws in Australia.
